Seaforth Studio opened in 1994 with creative Fine Art Classes for children from ages 6 through Teens. In the beginning of 2020 these classes were put on hold. This will be reviewed in the spring of 2022.
During these sessions various aspects of the visual arts have been explored through traditional and non-traditional media. The students experienced a wide variety of art as well as an historical context through art history and individual artist studies.
Teaching children has always been a continual learning experience for me. With each new student comes another way to see and explore the art experience. I truly enjoy the fresh imagination and willingness to experiment that children of all ages have.
Below are some examples of student artwork over the years.
